Penile Enhancement And Phalloplasty Made Easy
The equivalent of women complaining about their thighs and buttocks when it comes to the male body would be the love organ. The penis. Even though it’s a myth that male compare their penises when urinating, it is still a focus of much anxiety.
To even talk about a penis being normal is almost a paradox. The male organ shows a tremendous variation in size and length. But generally speaking most penises are from 3.5 inches to as much as 8 inches long. For those at the lower side of the scale there are some male cosmetic surgery procedures available.
Enlarging or lengthening of the penis may boost self-esteem and enhance sexual enjoyment for numerous men. Many surgeons say it is important that the patient undergo the operation are mature and emotionally stable. Like always when it comes to cosmetic surgery it is also important that the patients have realistic expectations about the outcome and are well aware of its risks and complications.
There are two main methods to increase the size of the penis. The first one involves lengthening the penis by releasing the ligaments which attach the penis to the pelvis. In the second method the surgeon inject fat taking from some other part of the patient’s body, usually the abdomen. The operations are performed in general anesthesia, which means you are at hard sleep. The operations usually last about one to two hours and outpatient surgery is the most common alternative.
There is now a new procedure in male cosmetic surgery using laser to detach the ligaments. The advantages include smaller incisions and less pain, swelling, bruising and quicker healing. Because of a smaller incisions there will be less scar tissue produced that later possibly could obstruct the lengthening and therefore the new method yields a better overall result.
The increase in length varies depending on the patientïs anatomy, but generally the results range from one to two inches. There are no ways to predict what gain in length will be prior to surgery. Circumference can be increased by 50 percent or more depending on the patientïs own whishes. Most surgeons suggest a separate second stage fill procedure three months later after lengthening surgeries.
After the surgery you will have to follow a training program for about four to six months for the achievement of best male cosmetic surgery results. The risks with these operations are similar to circumcision. Infections, scarring, loss of skin, bleeding, skin irritation, tightness, changes in sensation and loss of penile function are important risks to have in mind. After the surgery it is common that patients experience pain, swelling and it is important avoiding sexual activity for several weeks.
The surgeonïs fee for phalloplasty is around $1500 to $6000 dollar. Health insurance policies usually don’t cover cosmetic surgery. There is today a good reason to assume the penile enlargement will be permanent. At least 80-90 % of the injected fat survives long term. Since the injected fat comes from your own body the process may be repeated in the future if deemed necessary.

I would be interested in getting a list of physicians who perform phalloplasty procedure using the laser…It does seem that it would be less painful and shorten recovery time. Also , those who are board certified
